Apprentices balance taking high school classes with working.
Apprentices may be finishing high school or attending college while working.
Most apprentices are enrolled in college classes while working.
Participants in their first year attend classes in the morning and work afternoons (Monday-Thursday).
Participants in their second and third years typically work full days (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) or afternoons (Monday-Thursday), with additional shift considerations related to college schedules.
